With a family history of military service dating back to WWII, Jason has dedicated his career to empowering veterans and military families with financial education and expertise. His passion lies in helping service members navigate the complexities of the VA home loan process, ensuring they make informed decisions for their future.
Jason’s commitment extends beyond closing, as he continues to provide ongoing support and financial guidance to his clients. He is a trusted advocate and a leading voice in the VA lending space. He is married to his amazing wife Kirsten and has two sons, Riley and Everett. He is an executive coach with The Honor Foundation and in his spare time loves to play pickleball, golf and travel.

Andy Rose

Andy brings to the table over 12 years of real estate experience including becoming a licensed Georgia broker in 2018 and a licensed Broker in Florida in 2019. Prior to his real estate career he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and worked in the Telecommunications field. Andy continues to serve his clients and community with the tenacity and passion that he developed in the United States Marine Corps. With Andy’s service in the United States Marine Corps (and wife Stephanie’s underwriting experience with VA home loans), they strive to help educate current service members, Veterans and fellow agents about the VA Home Loan Benefit.
Andy became a licensed MLO in 2024 to further help more Veterans and increase his depth of knowledge for VA Loans. Born in Florida and raised in Georgia, Andy grew up in Cobb County where he met his wife in school. The Rose’s currently reside in Dallas, GA with their 4 children. In their spare time the Rose’s love to watch college football, travel to the beach, and spend time doing fun activities with their children.

Kayla Nelson

Kayla is a mortgage loan officer native to Rockwall, Texas. She graduated from Midwestern State University with a BBA in Marketing and later from The University of West Florida with a BSBA in Accounting. As a military spouse and certified Veteran Mortgage Advisor, Kayla is passionate about educating service members on the benefits of the VA Home Loan.
In addition to working with veterans, she takes pride in guiding first time homebuyers on their journey to homeownership. Kayla believes that everyone should have the opportunity to own a home and strives to give every client the same level of respect, transparency, and commitment when navigating the mortgage process. She best serves her clientele with the understanding that everyone’s situation is unique and by working hard to find creative financing solutions for her clients.
Kayla is an avid reader, baker, and houseplant enthusiast. When she’s not working or traveling, you can usually find her at a baseball game with her husband and two boys.

Mark is known as the Veteran Mortgage Wingman here to serve, advocate, and help VA buyers avoid costly mistakes from contract to closing and beyond. Whether you're a veteran purchasing your 3rd home on your VA benefit or PCSing and a first-time homebuyer, our team has you covered.
Education is central to how Mark does that, including teaching VA-focused classes for real estate professionals so VA buyers are better represented throughout the transaction.
Outside of work, Mark is married, a proud father of six, and loves to play racquetball and pickleball. Mark also serves as Vice President of the Board for Genesis Joy House, Georgia’s only all-women Veteran homeless shelter because serving those who served doesn’t stop at the closing table.
